This site will pay you to watch and rate videos on Youtube. The videos are only around 3 minutes long or even shorter. You can get paid upfront here also. Here is what you will need to get paid to do this.
- Facebook account (Your account has to be at least 6 months old), if not, you will have to sign up at a later time after your Facebook account for at least 6 months.
- Paypal address
- You will need to install their Google Chrome extension. This shows you how much you have made and allows you to rate each video.
