Most of the sites that I used have helped me to consistently earn money and some are used when I am in a pinch for extra cash to save up for a vacation, a special occasion, or another event.  They really do come in handy and are an addition to any income that I generate from my blog(s) from advertisements and so forth.

1.  Fiverr

Many of you guys already know about Fiverr and may even have a profile set up there to offer gigs to potential sellers but you may not know Fiverr is that your reviews matter a lot.  It really doesn’t matter if you sell hundreds of gigs on Fiverr.  If you have just 1 bad review, it can affect your sales so it is much better to offer to provide a service for others that you know you will be able to deliver or promote something you are good at.  What if you think you are good at nothing?  You can always offer to visit someone’s blog and leave a detailed comment, review their website, app, book, etc.  You could even advertise or post their link on your social media accounts especially if you have a following.

I just started using Fiverr myself a few months ago and I consistently earn money from this site every month with very little effort.  I would definitely recommend giving Fiverr a try if you prefer to work your own schedule and want more freedom and control over what you will offer to do for the amount of money you earn.  I will talk more about my personal experiences on Fiverr later but it is my number 1 go-to site for extra cash at the moment.  You can check out my Fiverr profile here.

2. Amazon

There are so many ways that you can make money on Amazon and now you can even sell your own apps on their site.  I use Amazon to make money recommending their products as an affiliate as well as through my books.  As far as the books I have published, I don’t have too much of anything because it is passive income.  Once you upload and publish a book on Amazon not only is it featured on their site but Amazon will even promote your products for free which gives it more exposure and an extra push in regards to sales.

If you haven’t tried Amazon yet, I highly recommend that you do so because it has proven to be a decent source of passive income for me and it is really easy to become an Amazon affiliate partner.  You don’t even need a blog or website to promote their products.  You could simply do it on social media, in a newsletter, or elsewhere.  To find out some more ways you can make money on Amazon, make sure you read this article on my official website.

3.  Blurb

Blurb is a company that is another site I use for extra cash.  If you want to self-publish a book, a short film/photo book, or any other book, Blurb is the perfect platform for you.  First of all, it is completely free and the free tools they offer look professional.  It is also so user-friendly that even a person who may not be very computer savvy, would not feel intimidated using this platform to publish content.  It is also passive income.  Once you publish content on Blurb, you can choose to also have it sold in bookstores, educational institutions, libraries, online, and all over the world at no cost to you.

4.  Ebates

I never really knew how easy it is to make cash with Ebates until I finally gave it a try.  Mind you, I have been signed up with Ebates for years but I honestly never thought about this site or implemented the cash-back offers.  I am so glad that I decided to do so because I have earned over $300 from this site so far this year alone.  I always shop online and I get cash back for doing so and also earn cash back when I renew my website and other features for my blog.  The Ebates cash back button that I installed on my browser makes it even easier for me to know which sites I can earn cash back from without having to go back to Ebates.  It saves me time and has even helped me to earn more cash back.

They also have an insane referral program that can help you to earn more money.  Don’t overlook this site because it is legit and really does pay.  I will put my next payment proof on my Instagram account when I get it next month.

5.  Ibotta

Since I finally got a smartphone and tablet over a year ago, I love and regularly use these smartphone apps to get cash back just for taking a photo of my receipts and uploading it to them.  I have recommended these apps to many people and they could not believe how easy it is to use and make money with.  All of the apps are free and some of the companies will give you cash, including iBotta just to sign up, have weekly giveaways, and will even send you a check!  They have even helped to pay for my cellphone bill.  Right now iBotta will give you $1 just to sign up.  Make sure that you also sign up for Fetch Rewards with the code G4HBH and GetUpside with the code ALICIA7572 if you haven’t already.

6.  Instant Cash Sweepstakes

Love this site because you can always take daily polls several times a day to win cash and they also give away cash an additional $2 every 4 hours and $50 daily.  I just won $50 a couple of days ago.

7.  Qmee

I still use this browser because it is one of the easiest ways that I have found to earn money from home for doing absolutely nothing at all but searching the Internet.  I not only get to discover new sites that I would have never been aware of and earn money when Qmee prompts me on the left-hand side of my screen and even tells me how much I will earn when I search on Amazon, Google, eBay, and elsewhere.

8.  Amazon Mturk

I still use this site especially if I have some idle to because I really like to type and I find that it is super easy to type in business cards and grocery receipts from home.  Many of the requesters on Mturk will give you a bonus if they like your work.  If you are looking for some freelance data entry work, give Mturk a try.  I also like taking online surveys on Amazon Mturk too!

9.   Music Xray

I still use this site to earn cash from home just for listening to music online for just 30 seconds.  It pays $0.10 for just 30 seconds.  I only wish that there were more sites like this.  The only ones that are somewhat close to Music Xray are Slicethepie but they do require you to write a review and listen to the song in order to get paid.  If you want tips on how to write a review for Slicethepie, click here.  You can also watch this video tutorial of how Music Xray works below.

10.  InstaGC

I also these micro-tasking sites like Perk, InstaGC, Swagbucks, Cash Crate, and others to either get instant gift cards or for cash and most of them pay pretty fast so I don’t have to plan too far in advance in order to get some much-needed cash.  A lot of these sites are available to teens to help them make extra cash online.  I also like taking surveys from sites like Paid Viewpoint, HCD Surveys, Survey Savvy, Pinecone Research, and so many others.

If you want a list of survey sites that pay in cash, or gift cards, strictly for teens, kids, those who live outside the US, and others.  I also have a huge list of other sites that I use for extra cash and also some ways that teens can make money online on the Get Paid Online and Sites for Teens page.

What sites do you use or consider as your go-to sites for extra cash online?
