Carnival Cruise Lines the “The World’s Most Popular Cruise Line”, is currently seeking Night Owl Solutions Specialists to work from home on our Australia desk. All interested must be flexible to work an FT, 8-hour shift Sunday – Monday between 6:00 PM – 9:00 AM, inclusive of holidays.
Qualified applicants are responsible for delivering a fun and memorable service experience to our customers over the phone, while focused on achieving high customer satisfaction. Specialists must have the ability to naturally engage with our callers in order to create the kind of personal connection that builds brand loyalty. As a Solutions Specialist, you will answer incoming calls from our guests, travel partners, and internal team members on existing individual and group bookings.
Specialists will have to:

o resolve customer service issues using first contact resolution skills
