ACD Direct is currently seeking experienced customer service professionals for their 2015 Winter Campaign Project. The project is projected to begin the last week of November; however, this project may begin as soon as you are certified based on client need at the time certification is complete and continue strong through late December. Historically, this project has proven to be one of the busiest campaigns which in turn can produce a larger earning potential. While this project will end on December 31st, they are always looking to pair future projects with those agents that are most competitive and active during previous projects.
As an Independent Contractor with ACD Direct, you will be providing your skills, expertise and service to the clients they represent.

How long will it take for me to hear back from ACD Direct?
Those selected to certify will be notified via email and onboarding can take as little as 48 hours after being invited to a project.
When should I apply?
While online certification is still open for submissions, test calls for the Winter Project is expected to begin October 15th, 2015. Key candidates will be those who are motivated to become certification ready, no later than November 15th, 2015. How much will I make with ACD Direct?
ACD Direct does not pay an hourly rate unless their client offers Shift Insurance Incentives. Please keep in mind that this is only happens on occasion.
