32 Work at home Companies that Hire you as an Employee

Working from home has a lot of advantages including but not limited to saving money and time by not commuting to work, less wear and tear on your vehicle, and not having to dress up.  You can literally work from home in your pajamas if you want to do so.

But what if you want or need medical/dental benefits, paid time off, holiday pay, 401 K, and other advantages in addition to working from home?  Believe it or not, there are a lot of work-from-home companies that hire you to be an employee.  This will entitle you to perks and other benefits and eliminate you from being responsible for taking care of your own taxes as an independent contractor.

If you want a work-at-home job with benefits, make sure that you check out some of these companies listed below that hire you to complete online tasks and assignments for them with benefits included.  Please keep in mind that every company will vary on exactly what benefits they offer to their remote employees so make sure that you check with every company and look over their employee benefits in order to know for sure.

This company hires employees to work from home in the US and Canada to take live customer calls. They also provide you with training and will even give you the flexibility to work your own schedule.  Sykes is always hiring people to work from home.

2.  Apple

Apple hires at-home advisors to answer questions about their products and services and also provide tech and troubleshooting support to their customers.  There is also room for growth because they hire team and area managers to work from home.  They have been known to hire college students as an AppleCare college advisor giving them the option to work from home while they are still enrolled in college.  So if you are a college student, you may want to apply to Apple.  Apple is always looking for people to work from home in multiple states across the US including other countries not located in the US.

3.  Amazon

Amazon hires customer service associates in select states to work from home answering customers’ questions, tracking their packages, and so forth.  They will provide you with a computer and the benefits start when you start working.
