Are you looking for a work at home job that pays more than $5 an hour? Maybe you would like the freedom to work your own schedule also. A lot of the companies on this list pay close to $10 an hour on average per hour with the exception of those that I am not too sure about.

LiveWorld – Moderating forums pay $8-$10 per hour. Can work from anywhere!
GAO (Great American Opportunities) – Data Entry pays per task which averages out to be $10 per hour. You can request to take the testing to do this job from home in Jan. 2014. Work any hours. I will give you more details as it gets closer to Jan.
Xerox – Data Entry work at home jobs from time to time. I am not too sure about the pay and hours.
About.com – Writing articles in your spare time. Pays $675 for the first month and goes up after that.
Capital One – Customer service work not sure about the pay.
Sitel – Customer service work. Not sure about the hours or pay
Pleio – Pays per task but averages out to be from $16 to $20 per hour and lasts 8-12 weeks. Not sure about the hours. Remind patients to take their medications.
Fancy Hands – Virtual Assistants needed to complete various tasks online.
Pierce Eislen – Pays $11 after training. Call various apartment complexes for prices.
Intelichek – Call various companies to get price quotes. Can earn $50 up to $100 per day. Work your own schedule
Pearson – Needs people to work from home after 7 pm scoring student assessments. Pays $10 per hour for 20 hours per week.
Sykes at Home – Email Chat Support
Weebly – Email chat support part-time for up to 25 hours per week. Pays $17 per hour.
Ipsos – Home Interviewers needed to work for at least 15 hours per week. Can earn up to $11.35 per hour.
Remilion – This company is looking for educators, experienced writers, researchers, journalists, and subject matter experts to produce articles on higher education, K-12 education, and career topics. Pays $8 per hour to write articles online. Will need a Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field or some college experience in English, journalism, or education.
