What are my primary job duties?
You will be required to become familiar with the products that Teleflora and Teleflora florists sell.  Meet the daily, weekly, and monthly key performance indicator goals.  Establish rapport and trust with customers.  Reinforce Teleflora’s commitment to outstanding customer service.
What kind of skills will I need?
Telefora is looking for agents with excellent customer service and communication skills.  You will also need to possess the following attributes or abilities below.

How much will I earn working for Teleflora?

You will get paid over $11 per hour with a commission.  All training for this position is paid for by the company.

What are my job requirements?

All customer service agents working for Teleflora are required to be flexible and work varying schedules depending on the client’s needs.  This means that some agents may or may not be scheduled additional hours over a fixed schedule.  You are expected to be available to work all shifts assigned unless you have approval from the management team.  You will also be required to work holidays if it falls on a required day of your shift.

What kind of computer equipment is required?

You will need a computer with high-speed internet that is hard-wired to a modem or router with no wireless connections.  All agents must have a headset with a noise-canceling microphone that plugs into a corded landline telephone for production calls.  Webcams are also required.

Things to remember about working from home for Teleflora

Customer Service Agents must be capable of working extended hours to meet company peaks.  If you are unable to commit to this requirement, please feel free to apply for a work at home job that allows you to set and work your own schedule.

Holiday time off will be prohibited due to increased order volume.  You will also need a quiet workspace in your home to take calls for Teleflora.
