I highly recommend this company because they do not exclude anyone based on their physical limitations and the opportunity to work from home and still be able to receive a paycheck.  There are also no fees involved with this particular company which is a concern for many seeking to find employment remotely, especially if you are on a budget or have limited funds.

I will explain exactly what the job will involve and some other questions you may have about working from home for Direct Interactions.

What kind of work will I be doing for Direct Interactions?

As you saw listed above, Direct Interactions has several work at home positions they are recruiting for currently but the majority of their assignments involve providing inbound phone-based support from motorists with unpaid parking tickets as well as calls from motorists calling for information and assistance regarding digital parking meters.

What will be my job duties?

You will politely answer calls and process payments.  Resolve customer complaints and accurately dispense information to motorists.  Because some of the motorists who call in may be frustrated or impatient, it is important that you keep your composure and be empathetic as you handle each call.

What skills are required to work for Direct Interactions?

They prefer agents with a pleasant and professional phone demeanor and the ability to establish a rapport with customers.  They also desire those who have a strong work ethic and are reliable with sufficient computer knowledge that can troubleshoot and fix minor problems.

What kind of home office equipment will I need?

Direct Interactions requires their home agents to have Internet service from a provider, a landline phone, a USB headset, as well as antivirus/malware or spyware, installed.

Will I be hired as an employee?

You will work from home as an independent contractor for Direct Interactions.  You will be required to sign an independent contractor agreement before you begin working for this company.

Do they provide training?

Yes.  They will train you to successfully complete all of your tasks and assignments remotely.

How much will I earn?

It depends on the position you are applying for but most agents earn anywhere from $10 up to $12 after training.  Payment will be sent out twice a month via direct deposit.

How do I apply?

Please go to Direct Interaction’s official website here to browse through their current positions and apply online, especially if you are at least 18, are legally able to work in the US, have a high school diploma or G.E.D., and are polite on the phone.  This position is also a good fit for those who have at least 2 years of experience working in a virtual call center.
